The Museo Diocesano di Arte Sacra hosts the heritage of the ancient churches of Alghero, and of the cathedral in particular. Located in the ancient Chiesa del Rosario, it contains silvers, sculptures and paintings that are the evidence of the religious and cultural evolution of the city through the centuries, telling the story of a community linked to its territory but open to Italy and the Mediterranean.
